What is an “active employee” for billing calculation?
An active employee is one with punches during the billing period. You do not have to change or set the employee status for billing. If the employee does not have punch activity then they will not be included in the fee for the billing period.
Can I “hide” an inactive employee and keep their information?
Yes, employees can be easily marked as archived which will hide them from the lists. Not to worry, their history is never deleted and they can be restored to active at any time if they are employed again or you need access to their work history.
Are there add-on fees for more than one administrator/manager/supervisor?
No. While some platforms have a monthly surcharge for additional software administrators, COMPUMATIC ONLINE adds $0 (zero) extra fee for any user roles. Pay only for active employees.
Are there add-on fees for using a time clock terminal?
No. While some platforms have a monthly surcharge for connecting multiple clocks to the software, COMPUMATIC ONLINE adds $0 (zero) extra fees, regardless of how many clock terminals are connected.
Do you offer different levels with different features?
With COMPUMATIC ONLINE what you see is what you get. All features are included with every account.
How often will my rate increase?
Never, COMPUMATIC ONLINE offers a rate lock, rates will not increase for active accounts in good standing (* except in the case of a discount applied for a specified period).
Will my bill be the same every month?
It depends on your usage. The plan starts at $11/month which includes a base account fee and the first employee. Then we use a pay as you go model meaning you only pay for what you use each month, $2 per active employee. If your employee count increases or decreases then your monthly bill will increase or decrease accordingly.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No, COMPUMATIC ONLINE is a month to month service. We’d love to see you stay forever but you are free to leave our service at any time for any reason. No catches, no penalty, no hoops to jump through.

Employees clock in by simply placing their finger (or allow an employee to use their pin+password). With efficient Swipe & Go punching employees do not have to make any extra selections at the terminal. A verification displays on screen and an audible “thank you” confirms the punch was recorded.
CLOUD HOSTED WEB BASED SOFTWARE: Powerful features in a user firendly package. Punches are transferred automatically to the cloud in real-time. If you lose the internet, no problem, the clock will store punches until your internet connection is restored. Universal compatibility with Windows and MAC and any standard web browser. No app installation needed, with our intelligent mobile friendly responsive deisgn the website automatically adjusts to the most efficient format for any device (phone, tablet, laptop, or pc). Employees can be provided with a self service login to monitor their own time and request time off. Also allow web punching if desired on a per employee basis.
WELL-CONNECTED: Easily connects to the internet through your local network via WiFi or direct Ethernet cable. DHCP enabled, plug and play setup with Cat5/6/7/8 Ethernet or simply select your WiFi network and enter the password for a wireless connection. Also compatible with most cellular wireless hotspots for remote installation (12vdc power required).
